We currently offer 1 month recurring subscriptions. This means the subscriber will be charged at the time of signup and then every month after until cancellation.

When subscribing, please read all details on the checkout page which state renewal dates and shipping dates.

  • Normal renewal dates are the 1st of each month.
  • If you subscribe later in the month you will be re-billed on the 15th for the following month’s box so you don’t miss the next box. All future renewals after this will be on the 1st.

We plan to introduce 3 and 6 month subscription plans with discounts in the near future.

You sure can! We have 3 subscription boxes available for you to choose. Please contact us on  Info@wassupbox.com  and we will make the change.

Yes! Skip a month or take a break for a few months without being charged. Please contact us on  Info@wassupbox.com and we will make the change for you!

If we have made a mistake or misplaced an item, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us on  Info@wassupbox.com to fix the problem.

*All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 7 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement.

About Shipping

We always send tracking via email as soon as your box has shipped out. If you can not find your tracking number please check your spam folder to make sure it has not ended up there.

New subscribers first boxes & shop orders usually have their order shipped 1 to 5 days after ordering with tracking coming just after shipment.

Existing subscribers have their new monthly boxes charged on the 1st of the new month and then shipped out 3 to 7 days later with tracking coming just after.

If your box should be on the way and you still can not find tracking Please contact us on  Info@wassupbox.com and we will find it for you!

About Billing

Yes! You are able to cancel at any time and no fees or cancellation costs will be charged.

We do have the following conditions on cancellation:

  • You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date to avoid charges. Cancel your subscription via the user control panel or Please contact us on  Info@wassupbox.com.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.

Yes, you can always skip one or several boxes! To do this please login on our website and click Subscription in the  menu. At the bottom of the page, there are two options that say “Skip next box” and “Put on hold”. You can choose either of these and then fill in how many boxes you want to skip or how long you want your account on hold for.

When we have successfully completed your request we will send you a confirmation email, usually within 24 hours.

Yes! Visit wassupbox.com to purchase previous boxes or a gift card.

No refunds will be given for payments of a subscription already paid.

This is stated at signup and in our Terms & Conditions.

Auto-renew all products on this order.

You can always change this later. NOTE: Auto-renewal will fail if you provide a debit card as payment. In order to successfully process auto-renewal for your product, you must provide Wassupbox with a valid credit card number.

  • You won’t be charged until your second month, when pricing will be ₹599.00/mo plus applicable taxes & shipping for the duration of your annual plan
